KATO Manufacturing

Felix Relocations was elected to relocate the whole Kato Manufacturing Main HQ from Petaling Jaya to Kato Manufacturing Plant in Shah Alam consisting Production Machines, Laboratory Items, Office Furniture and Documents. The Project was completed within 4 days with zero downtime and no injuries occurred during the move. The client was impressed and even produced a commendation letter to support their statement.

Lubrimaxx Manufacturing

Felix Relocations was selected to relocate the whole office and warehouse storage consisting of Bolted Storage Racks, Palletes & Chemical Storage Drums from Shah Alam to Klang. This project was executed within 5 days and with zero downtime or injuries despite the Flood Period which affected the area badly but we managed to complete the job within the timeline and no damages done during the process.

Genting Berhad

Felix IT Relocations Specialists were selected to relocate Server Racks & Servers, PC & Commercial Screens from Technology Park to Wisma Genting over the weekend and the job was completed within a day with zero downtime which has helped the company to prepare and operate just in time for the Market to open.

Standard Chartered

Felix IT Relocations Specialists were appointed to relocate 600 units of LCD Monitor, 400 LCD Arm, Desktops & Hardphones from Wisma LYL to Wisma Standard Chartered over a 4 days period of timeframe and we managed to complete the job within 3 days with zero damages or injuries. We even deployed 2 Relocation IT Specialist to be on standby when the Stock Market opens just in case of any issue during the peak period but fortunately, we did not have to step in for any damages.

Relocations of Lazada Warehouse

Tedious, attention to detail, timing to perfection. This is all part of the job. Especially needed when moving a warehouse. Now imagine moving a warehouse that operates 24 hours a day. Challenging indeed, but we executed it perfectly. We moved over 1100 pallets, consisting electronic items, household items, in just 12 hours. Mission accomplished.

Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council

We were chosen to relocate Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council head office, in Plaza Sentral, to Q Sentral. The project was completed in 48 hours, which included ornaments, paperwork, files, boxes and various IT equipments. Given the traffic around KL Sentral, we still achieved our target, and completed the entire project without any downtime or injury, much to our client’s delight.

Perdana Petroleum

We were awarded the task to relocate Perdana Petroleum, from Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur to Menara VSQ, Petaling Jaya. Besides moving general office and IT equipment, we were handed a tricky task, which was to move ship models and vessels, ranging from 2 feet in length to 5 feet in length. Professional wrapping and packing were needed, as it was indeed a tedious task, which we pulled it off excellently. We completed the entire project in 5 stages.

Sunway Education Group

We have been handed the task to plan, and relocate The Tun Hussein Onn Library. Widely viewed as one of the best libraries in the country, over 200,000 books, office equipment, computers, will be gently handled by our dedicated operations team to their new home.

We are proud to announce that we will be relocating one of the most prominent brands in the IT industry, Apple (Malaysia Office), from Damansara to Menara CIMB, KL Sentral. The relocation process, will take place in mid January, and Apple Malaysia have also opted to engage our Secured Destruction Services.

The International School of Kuala Lumpur

A project to relocate their whole school in Ampang Campus and Melawati Campus to Ampang Hilir Campus. Move was completed by August 2018.

Public Mutual Berhad

A project to relocate around 400 staffs from 3 places (KL, Mont Kiara and Sri Damansara) to Menara Public Bank 2, KL within 4 phases, weekend move. Move completed in August 2018.

The New Straits Time

A project to relocate their plants in Terengganu and Johor from March 2017 till May 2017. This project was managed with high expectations due to the nature of the client business and operations, and move was completed on time with zero downtime.

Malaysia Airlines Berhad

A project to relocate their lounges and office effects that was taken in phases from May 2017 till Dec 2017. This project was managed with high expectations due to the nature of the client business and operations.

GE Malaysia

Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded the relocation process of GE’s office from 3 different building containing approximately 2000 boxes, IT equipments, Safes to NU Tower 2 Kl Sentral. The relocation process was done in short period of time (2 weeks only). The entire move was managed and planed by Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd and move was completed on time with zero downtime.

Taylor’s College

A relocation of over 400 staffs and 1,600 students from December 2009 to February 2010. The move included removal of office equipment, furniture, PCs, servers. Apart from the office relocation, there was also household goods relocation for employees/student within Klang Valley/ hostel.

Syarikat SESCO Berhad

Partnering together with Greenline Logistics on this project, Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd has undertaken to deliver 1,200 staffs within 36 days from March 2013 to April 2013. The entire move was managed and planned by Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd consist of boxes, desktops, office furniture’s and safes. The move was completed on time with zero downtime.

Sime Darby Energy Sdn Bhd

A move that was done over 1,500 employees spanning across 2 months period from November 2013 to December 2013. Close coordination required amongst the various business unit of the group to avoid clashing of schedule. The move was from 5 different locations to one main building at Ara Damansara. Over 12,000 boxes and various loose items including safe was moved.

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad

Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd has undertaken to deliver more than 300 units of fire proof cabinets within 1 week in March 2013 from Setapak to different locations within Malaysia. The entire move was managed and planed by Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd and move was completed on time with zero downtime.

CIMB Bank Berhad

A relocation project involving over 500 employees within one week period of July 2013. Close coordination required amongst the various business unit of the group to avoid clashing of schedule. Apart from the office relocation, various loose items, such as IT equipments, as well as compactors and safes were moved within the tight timeframe of the project, and zero downtime was recorded.

AirAsia Berhad

Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded a milestone move in the country historic of the new KLIA 2 Low Cost Airport. The move was for the entire Air Asia and Air Asia X office together with the ground/engineering equipment such as air craft carrier, nitrogen cart, step ladder and etc. It was a very high level of safety and many authorities were involved during this project which was done over 4 months from May – Sept 2014. The entire move was done and completed on scheduled and there were no downtime despite the challenges on timing, expectations, turnaround time and constant changes on the planning due to the nature of the environment. Well we are now having placed our footprint in the aviation industry and that is a proud moment and something the Felix Team will remember for a very long time.

Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd relocates office effects in January 2015 from Taman Sea, Petaling Jaya to Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara in 2 phases. The entire move was managed and planned by Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd and move was completed on time with zero downtime.

Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd has undertaken to deliver office effects, containing approximately 2,000 boxes, PCs, IT equipment within different locations of Malaysia from October 2015 to April 2016. The entire move was managed and planed by Felix Relocations (M) Sdn Bhd and move was completed on time with zero downtime.

UOA Development

A move that was taken place within June 2016, containing approximately 2,500 boxes, servers, IT equipment, safes from The Horizon Bangsar to Avenue 10,Bangsar South. This project was managed with high expectations due to the nature of the client business and operations.
